The Director of the Infant Toddler Program is responsible for the ongoing growth, development, and oversight of the Children's Specialized Hospital Infant and Toddler Program.
While promoting high standards of evidence-based practice, the Director will utilize a multidisciplinary approach to deliver effective and efficient care to the designated patient population. As a clinical leader for inpatients less than 2 years of age, the Director will work in collaboration with other inpatient multidisciplinary care teams to standardize care delivery throughout the organization and to streamline the care delivery process. Other responsibilities include promoting high standards of practice through the review and development of clinical protocols and practice guidelines, participation in performance improvement monitoring, staff education, and program related research and outreach.
Based primarily in New Brunswick NJ, this opportunity is located in an urban town close by to New York City and just a short drive away from the pristine Jersey Shore beaches.
